Refund policy
At The Nav Store, our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the procedures and conditions for requesting a refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@thenavstore.in. Cancellations beyond the specified timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
Return Policy:
Our return policy covers 1 day from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Notify us of any broken or damaged products within 2 hours of delivery by emailing images and/or video of the damaged item and the invoice to support@thenavstore.in.
Important Note: We strongly recommend taking a video of the unboxing/unpacking process and testing the product immediately upon receipt. This is required for the return/exchange process.
We accept returns for products shipped in error or found to be defective. Contact our support team at support@thenavstore.in to initiate a return.
- Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 working days after we receive the returned item.
Exchange Policy:
If you received the wrong product, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no charge. Shipping for the replacement product will also be provided at no cost.
We do not offer any exchanges due to dissatisfaction or ordering the wrong product.
Damaged Products:
Report any received defective or broken product within 2 hours of delivery to support@thenavstore.in.
Note: Replacement will only be processed after the product passes our quality check.
COD Policy:
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds. Free replacements are provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.
Refund Policy:
If a damaged product replacement is unavailable:
- 20% handling charges are deducted for arranged pickups.
- Refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days upon receipt of the product.
- Provide bank account details for refunds. Alternatively, refunds can be made via PayTM or Google Pay.
